Salesforce partner — Account Engagement builds, stalled orgs recovered, and marketing agents that publish into the org. See the packages →

Working today.
Ready for what is next.

Salesforce calls it convergence rather than migration: the Marketing Cloud Next features switch on inside the org you already have, one campaign at a time, once the prerequisites are met. We get the org into shape, keep it producing, and take you along that path — with marketing agents working inside it meanwhile.

Credentials

Partner to the three
platforms this runs on.

The org is Salesforce, the agents run on Claude and ChatGPT, and all three relationships are formal rather than an integration we built on our own.

You create an account, connect the org, and read the report. The connection is read-only.

Implementations, not demos

Fifteen years and more of Salesforce experience in the team, across multiple implementations of Account Engagement, formerly Pardot, and Marketing Cloud. That matters for the Marketing Cloud Next question: the answer comes from having built on both.

First Marketing Automation integration in Anthropic's MCP directory

What that means in practice: a team can operate its Account Engagement from inside Claude, under the same approvals the interface uses.

Already in production

A B2B team running Account Engagement on Salesforce, with their own data team in Power BI, runs this today. We give the reference on request, with their permission.

For Salesforce account executives

Turn a stalled Pardot account
into a Data 360 conversation.

It costs you nothing, you read it before you introduce us to anyone, and we do not compete for your ACV.

01

The objection you are already hearing

“We are not ready to move yet.” It is rarely the platform. It is that nobody inside the account can say what it would cost, what breaks, or how much manual work sits behind it. Without that answer the cycle does not move.

02

What the audit does to it

It returns the real inventory of the org, what carries over through the Data 360 connector, what has to be rebuilt by hand, and how consent reconciles. It comes back as an order of work rather than a yes or a no, and sometimes the first item is this year's repair rather than the move, which is exactly why the customer believes the rest of it.

03

What it unblocks

Marketing Cloud Next starts at $1,500 per org per month on Growth and $3,250 on Advanced, with Data 360 provisioned and credits bought on top. That is at least $18,000 a year on the edition alone, in an account that is not moving today.

04

The stalled org is a renewal too

An idle org is churn risk before it is an upsell. Putting it back to producing campaigns protects the seat you already have, whether or not it ever moves to Marketing Cloud Next.

05

What it costs you

Nothing. We run the audit, you read it first, and you decide whether to introduce us. If the report puts the move further out, that is useful to you as well: you know which quarter to come back in, and what has to be true by then.

06

What we never do

We do not compete for your ACV, we do not sell against Salesforce, and we do not touch your relationship with the account. crm.care sits on top of what the customer already bought from you — it produces the work Account Engagement and Marketing Cloud Next expect and publishes it into them.

How to introduce us: give us the account name, we run the audit against their org, and the report reaches you before it reaches anyone else.

Services

Four services,
named and fixed-scope.

Scope is agreed before anything starts and does not move afterwards. Fixed price on all four, and the audit is the cheapest way in.

01

Salesforce Account Engagement implementation

new org · fixed scope

A Salesforce Account Engagement implementation from scratch, built to be used: the Salesforce connector, campaigns and primary campaign source from day one, scoring and grading agreed with sales, forms and landing pages, and an Engagement Studio program that actually runs. Includes the handover to the team that will keep it running.

02

Account Engagement recovery (Pardot rescue)

stalled org · fixed scope

For the org that went live clean and stopped. An audit of the real state, retirement of dead automation rules, a rebuild of the rules that still matter, the missing primary campaign source fixed, and one full campaign published to prove it moves again.

03

Marketing Cloud Next readiness

audit first · then the prerequisites, in order

Salesforce calls it convergence rather than migration: the features switch on inside the org you already have, one campaign at a time, once the prerequisites are met. The audit says which of them are met today, what carries over through the Data 360 connector, what has to be rebuilt by hand, and how consent reconciles — it is not shared between Account Engagement and Marketing Cloud Next by default. Then we work down that list in order.

04

Managed marketing operations

monthly · month to month

The six crm.care agents producing and publishing into the org every month — strategy, email, social, gated assets, segments — with a named operator if you want it run for you, and the attribution report read live from Salesforce. Month to month, not by project.

Quick start

Two-week quick start:
one campaign published.

From nothing or from a stalled org, the shape is the same: connect, get the foundation right, ship one real campaign. It is the cheapest way to find out whether more is worth buying.

01

Days 1–3 · Connect and take stock

OAuth into Account Engagement and Salesforce, under ten minutes between them. On a new org, the campaign model and what counts as a conversion get agreed. On an existing one, the readiness report comes back with the real inventory.

02

Days 4–8 · Get the foundation right

The same three either way: primary campaign source, scoring and grading agreed with sales, and an Engagement Studio program that actually runs. Built from scratch or repaired, depending where you started.

03

Days 9–14 · Ship a campaign

One full campaign — strategy, emails, segments, gated asset — published into the org, not exported. And the attribution report once it starts reading.

On top of the platform

Marketing agents
on your Salesforce org.

The six agents make campaigns. These read what already exists, across systems, and join it up. Each runs on the same connectors and through the same approval door.

01

Signals Feed

nightly · 4 sources → 1 company view

One company view rebuilt nightly from LinkedIn advertising, Salesforce, Account Engagement and Google Analytics, resolved on domain and served to Power BI as plain tables.

02

Readiness audit

on demand · reads the whole org

The inventory of the org before anyone decides anything: what survives Marketing Cloud Next, what does not, and what happens to consent.

03

Attribution audit

on demand · reads Salesforce

Where the chain between campaign and opportunity breaks, account by account, read live from Salesforce.

04

Consent reconciliation

per subscription · AE → MC Next

The manual job Salesforce documents but does not automate: consent preferences are not shared between Account Engagement and Marketing Cloud Next, and move one subscription at a time.

05

List health

weekly · reads AE rules

Which segmentation rules still return anyone, which have been empty for two years, and what can be retired without breaking a program that does run.

06

Spend efficiency

nightly · LinkedIn + CRM

LinkedIn spend read against what the pipeline did, by company, so excluding customers and non-responders stops being a manual job.

Who does the work

You talk to the person
who builds the org.

No middleman and no account team. The person who audits your org is the one who implements it and runs it afterwards.

Lee Goodenough · flowolf.ai

A director of Flowolf AI Ltd, the consultancy behind crm.care, specialising in Salesforce. Fifteen years and more working with the platform, across multiple implementations of both Account Engagement, formerly Pardot, and Marketing Cloud.

The same pattern shows up in all of them: the org goes live clean and then stalls, not because of the platform but because nobody has time to feed it. crm.care was built to fix exactly that, for his own clients first.

Customer reference

A B2B team running Salesforce Account Engagement alongside Salesforce, with their own data team working in Power BI. They started with a recovery of the org and today have marketing agents running on top of it, plus a nightly feed joining LinkedIn advertising, Salesforce, Account Engagement and Google Analytics into one company view.

We give the name and introduce the team on request, with their permission.

Questions

What people ask
before they buy.

01Do you implement Salesforce Account Engagement from scratch?+
Yes. A full Account Engagement implementation, formerly Pardot: the Salesforce connector, campaigns and primary campaign source, scoring and grading agreed with sales, forms, landing pages and Engagement Studio. Scope is fixed before work starts.
02Should we migrate from Pardot to Marketing Cloud Next?+
Usually not yet. Salesforce has announced no sunset date for Pardot and continues to update it, and Marketing Cloud Next needs Data 360 provisioned with credits bought on top of an edition starting at $1,500 per org per month. Migrating in 2026 makes sense with an existing Data 360 commitment, an Agentforce strategy, or an imminent renewal. The readiness audit answers this against your real inventory.
03Do we need Data 360 to work with you?+
No. The crm.care agents connect to Account Engagement and Salesforce over OAuth and need neither Data 360 nor any migration. Data 360 only enters the picture if you decide to move to Marketing Cloud Next, which requires it.
04What does the readiness audit include?+
The real inventory of the org — email templates, automation rules, Engagement Studio programs and how many still run — what carries over through the Data 360 connector, what has to be rebuilt by hand, how consent reconciles, and a written recommendation. Delivered as a document and yours to keep, whatever you decide.
05How long before we see anything?+
The quick start is two weeks to a campaign published inside your org, whether you are starting from nothing or from a stalled org. A full implementation is scoped against the org and agreed before work starts.
06Do you work with HubSpot or Marketo as well?+
Yes. crm.care publishes into Account Engagement, HubSpot, Marketo and Resend behind one interface, and reads Salesforce and HubSpot as the CRM. That cross-platform coverage is the half a single-vendor agent cannot reach.
07Who owns the work?+
You do. Everything built lives in your own Salesforce and Account Engagement org, under your own credentials. If the service ends, the configuration, the campaigns and the history stay where they are.
08I am a Salesforce account executive. What is in it for me?+
The audit removes the objection blocking your Data 360 attach: nobody inside the account can say what moving would cost. Marketing Cloud Next starts at $1,500 per org per month with Data 360 and credits on top, so the conversion is at least $18,000 a year in an account that is currently stalled. It costs you nothing, you read the report before you introduce us, and we do not compete for your ACV.
09Are you Salesforce?+
No. crm.care is an independent product from Flowolf AI Ltd, a Salesforce partner. This site is not Salesforce's and is not endorsed by Salesforce.

Fixed price, agreed in one call. It is delivered as a document and it is yours, whatever you decide afterwards.
